Prices
Our prices, thanks to the excellent relationship with our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, and operators in general), are highly competitive. These are generally valid for periods of high or low season; however, they may change at any time of the year without notice. Prices are per person, in double rooms and in U.S. dollars.
Payment and Cancellations
All payments should be made 100% in advance, from three days after requesting the booking up to thirty days before the expected arrival. In order to maintain and ensure quality services, we must prepay for hotels, entrance tickets, and other services 30 days before your arrival date.All cancelations or “no show” are subject to penalties, which will be charged if a reservation is canceled within thirty days before your arrival date. The penalties that apply are:
Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 60 days prior to the date of booking, especially if the cancellation date falls on a weekend or a holiday are penalized with the non-refundable booking fee of 30 USD.Cancellations made between fifty-nine (59) to thirty-one (31) days prior to the date booked are penalized with a 50% discount.
Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to the date booked will not be refunded.
If you need to change the date of your stay, you must notify us at least 3 weeks in advance. We’ll provide you with the service depending on the availability.
Liability
RUPAWASI TRAVEL reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip of the journey when necessary for the safety of passengers. Luggage is always the responsibility of the clients in all their trips.RUPAWASI TRAVEL acts only on the quality of AGENT; therefore, it is not responsible for injury, illness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay or other irregularity which may occur either by negligent acts or omissions of the companies or individuals that provide us with transport, accommodation or other services related to the completion of the journey, as well as natural disasters or social upheavals.
